General: All orders placed are immediately added into our order system and are treated as binding.

Payment: We accept the following payment methods:  Paypal, cheques or cash. Goods will not be despatched until proof of payment has been received.

Availability and Delivery: All goods offered are subject to availability. Should goods become out of stock a replacement item of the same or more value may be despatched. For specific item where no obvious replacement is available estimated delivery times will be given. Time of delivery will not form essence of the contract. We will endeavour to deliver goods by the stated delivery date but may suspend or delay delivery and will not be liable for any loss whatsoever. In the event of late delivery or no-delivery of goods or any instalment outstanding. The buyer shall not be entitled to refuse to accept late delivery or treat late delivery as breach of contract. Suck it and Sea cannot be held responsible for items that become discontinued, a full refund will be available for any ordered item that is unavailable due to it being discontinued. Please Note: Our delivery company will leave a calling card if they are unable to deliver your parcel, please follow the instructions on the calling card and contact your local depot to rearrange delivery/collection within 5 working days. If arrangements for delivery are not completed in 5 working days your parcel will be returned back to Suck it and Sea; this will incur a returns fee of £15, restocking fee of 20% and a further delivery charge.

Despatch: From receipt of payment, our order turnaround target time is next day for orders placed before 5pm.  Most orders will be delivered using first class recorded mail.  Please leave up to 3 working days from confirmation of receipt of payment for your order to reach you. In the event of any item being out of stock we will keep you informed of any delays wherever possible.

Shortages and Damanges: Please ensure any damaged/insecure cartons are declared to the delivery company at time of delivery. Any items not declared may result in any subsequent claim not being authorised. Any claims for goods received with shortages and damages must be reported to Suck it and Sea (either by verbal or written communication) within 2 working days of receipt. Any claims made outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

Returns: We cannot accept any items in such a condition as to render them not re-sellable. Goods ordered due to customer error will be sudject to 20% restocking charge.

Ownership of goods: All goods remain the property of Suck it and Sea, until full payment has been made.
